Evolve Theater Project — 1 Night Only!
March 5th, 2007 by jay
Since last October we have spent every Monday night filming two community theater workshops in downtown Manhattan. One is with a group of youth (although barely younger than us) and the other is a group of inspiring Puerto Rican women who are 70 and older. In collaboration with the Phoenix Theatre Ensemble, we are making a documentary film about the power of storytelling and the importance of these kind of community spaces…
… and tonight we are filming the climax.
Come and see these two groups perform AND be a part of documentary filmmaking history!
