This is the trailer for our upcoming feature documentary on the Evolve Theater Project. Two teaching artists help to weave together personal stories, as they find the median point between a class of NYC youth, and a class of Senior Citizens. The results are moving, poignant, and above all, honest. We got real lucky with this one!
Music in this version by Múm. We are working on our own track, but we didn’t want to wait on showing this around!
Also, be sure to check out The Phoenix Theatre Ensemble, the folks who made this experience possible.

Festival is a magical band made of meerkat siblings who love one another. The video is made by another set of meerkat siblings while home for the wintery holidays. Shot by jay and jeff on location in ridiculous Bellevue, Washington entirely on this tiny panasonic still camera.

Quicktime Version
This is the new & improved video with animations by Rebekah Nagy made for our friend Cake Bake Betty. This vid will be playing on the international public television channel ARTE, on February 8th!
ARTE is like the PBS of France and Germany. (for some reason they have a combined channel… go figure) Cake Bake Betty, which we hear is huge in Europe (ha, but no really), is a band with a coupla ‘kats in it. We originally made a rough draft about a year ago, and they musta found it. Here’s what they said:
We picked the video, among other things, because once heard the song sticks in your ears all day, like the harmonies and the refrain, and the video matches the song.
Gotta love German English. Gernglish! This show is called “Tracks,” and has been running for 10 years! Kudos to CakeBake for being just that cool. (Or watch the Behind the Scenes!)

Love: the Videogame, made a long long time ago, is back! Our original version contained music that wasn’t quite, well… legal. When we were contacted about putting it on MTV (we don’t really know what happened, but suffice it to say we weren’t on MTV) we were forced to actually put in some original music. That’s why we keep Josh around though.
